Fresh Fishguard Lobster – (24hr notice required) – Price varies depending on size, per half lobster £15 – 20.  Served as:

Lobster Thermidor – Classic Thermidor sauce with new potatoes and side salad with a Dijon Balsamic dressing.

Lobster Cracked Black Pepper and Welsh Butter – served with dill and sweetcorn new potatoes salad and fresh dressed green salad.
